Santa Clara Partners With Leading Nutrition Technology Platform

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara University Athletics has signed with Notemeal, the leading technology platform that is integrating sports dietitians and athletes. This ground-breaking platform will allow the Broncos the opportunity to use the web and mobile solutions to enhance student-athlete nutrition options.

Santa Clara is the first athletics program outside of the Power Five to partner with Notemeal.

"We look forward to helping the Broncos enhance their performance nutrition as they compete across 20 varsity sports," said Notemeal Founder and General Manager, Sean Harrington. "Santa Clara is leading the charge in sports nutrition as the first department outside of the Power Five to partner with Notemeal, investing in their student-athletes performance both on and off the field."

From meal plans and food logs to catering meals and menu building, Notemeal is the industry-leading performance nutrition platform. Notemeal's web and mobile solutions are used daily by over 200 sports dietitians to more efficiently reach over 10,000 athletes across elite athletics.

"I couldn't be more excited about our partnership with Notemeal," said Erin Pettygrove, registered dietitian for Santa Clara Athletics. "With the expansion of our sports nutrition department, Notemeal will allow us to grow at the rate we want and help many more of our students enhance their nutrition."

"The addition of Notemeal will be a game changer for the Broncos," added Ryan Holleman, Santa Clara Senior Associate Athletic Director. "We're committed to expanding the health, wellness and performance support services provided to our student-athletes, and when we can simplify things through the use of technology it improves the efficiency of our staff and creates a great experience for our student-athletes."

Santa Clara will begin integrating Notemeal with all student-athletes throughout the spring quarter.
