Chad Cardinal is in his seventh year in the Santa Clara ticket office.
As the Senior Vice President, Strategy & Operations, Cardinal's top priority is working with his teammates to create Broncos fans for life one relationship at a time.
Before joining Santa Clara in 2015, Cardinal served as the Ticket Sales Manager for the Boston Bruins & TD Garden. His responsibilities included oversight of several ticket and premium products for the Bruins, Celtics, and arena events which totaled north of $85M annually. Another leadership role included working as the senior manager of ticket sales for Sporting Kansas City. As an individual sales performer for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA, Cardinal was twice in the top-15 league-wide in revenue production and was the top salesperson for a sales team that finished in the top two (2) league-wide in group sales three consecutive years.
Originally from Brooklyn Park, Minn., Cardinal was a student-athlete (baseball) and graduated from Mayville State University with a degree in exercise science & sports management, minor in coaching and a certificate in information technology. He is also a graduate of the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management (MBA).
Outside of Aspire, Cardinal is a professor at the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management where he teaches within the Applied Behavior Science department to international students pursuing a Master of Science in Global Business graduate degree. Additionally, he serves as a Private Equity/Venture Capital Advisor for the Venture Capital firm 3LA.
Cardinal, his wife, Katie, and their daughter, Emery, reside in San Jose, Calif.
