2014 West Coast Conference Cross Country All-Academic Honorable Mention

AS A SENIOR (2014-2015): (XC) Posted a time of 27:57.1 in the men's 8k race of the season-opening USF Invitational ... posted a time of 26:44.3 in the men's 8k at the West Coast Conference Preview Meet ... ran the men's 8k at the Stanford Invitational in 25:56 ... posted an 8k invitational time of 26:09.4 at the Bronco Invitational ... finished with an 8k time of 26:03 at the West Coast Conference championships ... ran the men's 8k at the Doc Adams Invitational in 26:09 ... closed out the season with a 10k time of 32:34 at the NCAA West Region Championships.

(TRACK): Ran a 16:40.44 in the 5000m at the Kim Duyst Invitational March 7 … ran a 4:17.91 in the 1500m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival April 3. 

AS A JUNIOR (2013-2014): (XC) Placed 24^th at the USF Invitational with a time of 26:52.923 in the 8k … notched a time of 19:00.2 in the SCU vs. SMC dual meet 6k race to take 58^th place overall ... ran the 8k at the Pepperdine Invitational in 25:53.5 ... posted an 8k time of 27:22 at the Stanford Invitational ... ran a 25:17.5 in the 8k Bronco Invitational … placed 58^th at the West Coast Conference Championships in the 8k at 26:35.

(TRACK) Opened the spring season with a 1500m time of 4:16.20 at the Kim Duyst Invitational ... posted a 1500m time of 4:09.57 at the Aggie Open ... ran the 1500m race at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in 4:05.39 ... finished with a personal best 4:01.33 in the 1500m at the SF State Distance Carnival ... notched a time of 4:05.31 at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... ran a personal best 800m time of 2:03.81 at the Brutus Hamilton Open, also competed in the 1500m race with a time of 4:05.88 ... closed out the season at the West Coast Last Chance Open by running the 800m race in 2:03.81.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2012-2013): (XC) Earned a personal best time in the Hornet Jamboree 4 mile in 20:51.5 … competed in the West Coast Conference Preview 8k race with a time of 25:15.90.

(TRACK) Ran the 5000m race in 15:51.42 at the Kim Duyst Invitational … competed in the Aggie Open 3000m race with a time of 9:00.3 … ran 15:31.66 in the SF State Distance Carnival 5000m … earned 15:33.99 in the Chico Distance Carnival 1500m … competed in the Woody Wilson Invitational 1500m run in 4:07.11 … raced in the 1500m run in 4:02.60 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational … ran in the Sac State Open 1500m in 4:06.32 ... earned 4:04.50 in the 1500m at the West Coast Invitational.

AS A FRESHMAN (2011-2012): (XC) Competed in the USF Invitational 8k in 26:53 … earned 37^th place in the Hornet Jamboree 4 mile race with a season best time of 20:53 … finished the Stanford Invitational 8k with a seasonal-best-time of 26:12 … raced the Gator Invitational 8k in 26:54 … competed in the Bronco Invitational 8k with a time of 26:19.5 … finished the season in the Doc Adams Invitational 8k in 26:40.
