AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-17): (XC) WCC Cross Country All-Academic Honorable Mention ... ran five times ... 8-kilometer season-best 25:13.1 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

(TRACK) Ran once at 800 meters, once at 1,500 meters and four times at 5,000 meters in his first season on the track with the Broncos ... 800-meter season-best 2:04.88 at the Woody Wilson Classic ... 1,500-meter season-best 4:09.50 at the Woody Wilson Classic ... 5,000-meter season-best 15:16.10 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.

AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16): (XC) Finished 27th overall by running the 8k at the USF Invitational in 26:09.9 in his Bronco debut … ran a 7250m time of 24:03 at the San Francisco State Quad Meet … ran the 8k at the Roy Griak Invitational in 27:29 … ran a personal best 8k time of 25:15.2 in the Invitational race at the Bronco Invitational.

PRIOR TO SCU: Graduated from Mark Morris High School (Longview, Wash.) in 2015 … high school coaches were Mike Olin and Sam Tilton … four-time cross country All-League selection (2011-14) and All-District selection (2011-14) … two-time All-State selection (2013-14) … two-time league and district champion (2013-14) … 2nd place at WIAA 2A State Championships in 2014.
