(TRACK) Competed in six track and field meets, racing at 800m and 1,500m … ran season-best 1:55.69 800m at the SF State Distance Carnival and finished second among teammates … clocked a season-best 4:01.24 1,500m at the SF State Distance Carnival.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-17): (XC) Ran four times ... 8-kilometer season-best 26:54.8 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

(TRACK) Ran six times at 800 meters and three times at 1,500 meters ... won the 800-meter race at the Johnny Mathis Invitational by clocking a 1:59.31 ... 800-meter season-best 1:55.87 at the Oxy Invitational ... 1,500-meter season-best 3:57.84 at the Oxy Distance Carnival Spring Break Classic.

AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16): (XC) Ran unattached and finished with a time of 26:36 in the 7250m open run at the San Francisco State Quad Meet … ran unattached and posted an 8k mark of 27:09.5 in the Open race at the Bronco Invitational … ran unattached and finished with an 8k time of 28:20 at the Banana Slug Invitational.

(TRACK) Ran seven times at 800 meters and five times at 1,500 meters in his first season on the track with the Broncos ... 800-meter season-best 1:55.22 at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... 1,500-meter season-best 3:58.76 at the Oxy Invitational.

PRIOR TO SCU: Graduated from Woodside Priory School (Hillsborough, Calif.) in 2015 ... rank cross country/track in addition to playing football and basketball for the Panthers … high school coaches were Matt Lai and Tomilyn Thornberry … club coach was Jorge Chen … cross country/track captain junior and senior year.
