AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18): (XC) Competed in all six cross country meets … took first among his teammates and posted a season-best 10k 30:46.1, good for second all-time in program history, while helping the Broncos finish second out of 12 Division I programs at the Chile Pepper Festival ... took first among his teammates and finished sixth overall with a 8k 25:51.4 to lead the Broncos to a second place finish out of seven Division I programs at the USF Invitational … posted a season-best 8k 23:52.9 at the Bronco Invitational, good for third all-time in program history and finished first among teammates while leading Broncos to a fourth place finish … finished first among teammates with a 10k 30:54.3 at the NCAA West Regional Championships.

(TRACK) Competed in five track and field meets … ran the team’s season-best 1:54.42 800m at the SF State Distance Carnival … posted 14:17.32 5,000m at the Husky Classic, the second-best time for the Broncos during the season … set a new program record by running 3,000m 8:18.24 at the Washington Invitational (indoor) … clocked a season-best 3:50.45 1,500m at the Mt. SAC Relays, good for the second-best 1,500m time for the Broncos this season.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17): (XC) Ran five times in his debut season with the Broncos and led the team in two of those races ... finished 27th overall with an 8-kilometer season-best 24:36.1 to lead the men's team at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational ... posted a 10-kilometer season-best 31:46.3 to lead the Broncos at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships.

(TRACK) Competed twice at 1,500 meters, once at 3,000 meters and five times at 5,000 meters during his first season on the track ... set a 5,000-meter school record with a 14:23.35 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... broke Kurt Ruegg's program-low time (14:26.63 at the 2015 Husky Classic) by more than three seconds ... ran the second-fastest 1,500-meter race in program history with a personal best and Bronco season-low 3:49.75 at the West Coast Last Chance Open ... nothced a 3,000-meter season-best 8:26.10 to win his section at the Washington Invitational (indoor).
