(TRACK) Competed in eight track and field meets, running at 800m, 1,500m, 1 mile, and 5,000m … ran at 1 mile once, clocking 4:36.85 at the Jackson’s Nike Boise Indoor Invite … ran a season-best 800m 1:54.80 at the Sacramento State Open … this time made him the seventh-fastest 800m runner in program history … posted a season-best 1,500m 3:55.54 at the Portland Twilight … ran a season-best 5,000m 15:17.12 at the Occidental Distance Carnival.

AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16): (XC) Ran unattached and finished with a time of 25:29 in the 7250m open run at the San Francisco State Quad Meet … … ran an unattached 8k time of 27:29.5 in the Open race at the Bronco Invitational … finished with an unattached 8k time of 27:26 at the Banana Slug Invitational.

(TRACK) Ran twice at 800 meters and seven times at 1,500 meters during his first season on the track with the Broncos ... 800-meter season-best 1:55.73 at the Brutus Hamilton Open ... 1,500-meter season-best 3:54.44 at the Oxy Invitational.

PRIOR TO SCU: Graduated from Central Catholic High School in 2015 ... high school coach was Dave Frank … Rams won OSAA 6A state championships three years in a row from 2012-14 … qualified for NXN in 2013.
