AS A SENIOR (2017-18): (XC) CoSIDA Academic All-America® Nominee … West Coast Conference All-Academic Honorable Mention … competed in all six cross country meets … posted a season-best 8k 24:57.7 at the Bronco Invitational, finishing eighth out of his teammates … ran a season-best 10k 31:49.9 at the Chile Pepper Festival to help the Broncos finish second out of 12 Division I programs.

(TRACK) Competed in two track and field meets, running at 5,000m and 10,000m once each … posted a 5,000m 15:25.75 at the Occidental Distance Carnival … ran a 10,000m 15:21.72 at the SF State Distance Carnival.

AS A JUNIOR (2016-17): (XC) WCC Cross Country All-Academic Honorable Mention ... CoSIDA Academic All-America® Nominee ... ran six times for the Broncos ... 8-kilometer season-best 24:57.5 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational ... 10-kilometer season-best 32:22.5 at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships.

(TRACK) Ran one time at 1,500 meters and twice at 5,000 meters... 1,500-meter season-best 4:17.50 at the Kim Duyst Invitational ... 5,000-meter season-best 15:22.50 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015-16): (XC) WCC Cross Country All-Academic Honorable Mention ... ran the 8k at the USF Invitational in 26:34.7 … ran a 7250m time of 24:33 at the San Francisco State Quad Meet … finished the 8k at the San Francisco State Invitational in 26:12.2 … ran a personal best 8k time of 25:28 to take 22nd place overall in the Open race at the Bronco Invitational … ran an 8k time of 26:52.2 at the West Coast Conference championships.

(TRACK) Ran twice at 1,500 meters and four times at 5,000 meters ... 1,500-meter season-best 4:14.73 at the Woody Wilson Classic ... 5,000-meter season-best 15:24.40 at the West Coast Last Chance Meet.

AS A FRESHMAN (2014-15): (XC) Took 34th place at the season-opening USF Invitational by running 26:38.4 in the men's 8k race ... posted a time of 26:13.7 in the men's 8k at the West Coast Conference Preview Meet ... ran the men's 8k at the Roy Griak Invitational in 27:56 ... posted an 8k open time of 26:05.9 at the Bronco Invitational ... finished with an 8k time of 25:49.5 at the West Coast Conference championships ... closed out the season with a 10k time of 32:22 at the NCAA West Region Championships.

(TRACK) Ran a 16:05.50 in the 5000m at the Kim Duyst Invitational March 7 … ran a 16:12.88 in the 5000m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational March 21.

PRIOR TO SCU: Graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 2014 … ninth place finish at the Colorado State Championships in his senior year … ran 9:55 at altitude in the 3200 meters.
