SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Two weeks after a pair of strong season debuts, Joey Berriatua and Jack Davidson close out Santa Clara track & field's indoor season by returning to Seattle for the Washington-hosted Husky Classic. The Bronco duo heads to Dempsey Indoor for the 5,000-meter race on Friday night at 7:05 p.m.

Davidson broke Berriatua's 3,000-meter program record at the Washington Invitational on Jan. 27 with an 8:19.76 to take second place in his section. Berriatua posted a 14:32.43 at 5,000 meters in the season-opening event.
Last season, Davidson set the 5,000-meter school record (14:23.35) at the Mt. SAC relays and Berriatua posted the third-fastest 5,000-meter race by a Bronco (14:27.59) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
