TRACK: Competed in four track and field meets, running at 3,000m, 5,000m, and 10,000m … ran at 5,000m and 10,000m once, posting 16:45.55 at the Sacramento State Open and 34:09.32 at the SF State Distance Carnival, respectively … ran a season-best 3,000m 9:25.68 at the Bulldog Invitational.

XC: WCC Cross Country All-Academic Honorable Mention ... CoSIDA Academic All-America® Nominee ... ran four times ... 8-kilometer season-best 26:44.8 at the Stanford Invitational.
TRACK: Ran twice at 1,500 meters, once at 3,00 meters and twice at 5,000 meters ... 1,500-meter season-best 4:11.36 at the Kim Duyst Invitational ... 3,000-meter season-best 9:12.96 at the Fresno State Bulldog Invitational ... 5,000-meter season-best 15:47.23 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

XC: Ran the 8k at the USF Invitational in 27:20.1 in his Bronco debut … ran a 7250m time of 24:05 at the San Francisco State Quad Meet … ran a personal best 8k time of 26:56.7 in the Open race at the Bronco Invitational … finished with an 8k time of 27:20 at the Banana Slug Invitational.
