SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Santa Clara women's track & field begins its 2019 campaign on Saturday at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Challenge. The Broncos will race in the 3,000-meter, 4x400 relay and distance medley relay events at Jacksons Track in the Ford Idaho Center (Nampa, Idaho).

"We've been having great practices and I am excited to see the team in a competitive situation against someone other than ourselves," associate head coach Pete Cushman said. "The fields look very good. It will be a new experience for most on the 200-meter indoor track."
