FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State and Santa Clara will have to wait until Saturday at 1 p.m. to renew their in-state rivalry for a doubleheader at Pete Beiden field. The contest scheduled for Friday evening has been postponed due to rain. The Bulldogs (3-4) hold a lead in the all-time series with Santa Clara (0-4) that dates back to 1957, 65-36.
First pitch for Saturday's games will be at 1p.m. with game two following. Fans can listen to the Fresno State - Santa Clara game live on the net ovia a link on the front page of school's official athletic website at www.SantaClaraBroncos.com, or on KMJ 580 AM in the Fresno area.
