SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Santa Clara University Bronco Baseball Golf Tournament will be taking place Friday, October 21, 2005 at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose. The tournament, employing a Best Ball Scramble format, will begin with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. and will be limited to the first 144 golfers. The cost per individual is $250 if registered before October 6, and $275 if registered after that date.
The entry fee includes greens and cart fees, a photo with your foursome, range balls, tee prizes, and in-round lunch and post-tournament dinner. If an individual chooses to attend the dinner and not play in the tournament, the cost is $65 per individual.
"This is a great event for us to have every year and a chance to get out there with Santa Clara alumni and have a great time," said Santa Clara baseball head coach Mark O'Brien. "This year should be a great day and event, especially with the tournament being combined with Alumni Weekend."
Following the tournament there will be a no-host cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30 p.m. followed by a dinner, which includes an auction and raffle, at 6:30 p.m.
