SANTA CLARA, Calif. - In the Feb. 12, 2013 edition of the Bronco Weekly Sports Wrap, cohosts John Nash and Lauren Matheson bring you the latest including an inside look into Bronco baseball which opens its season Fri., Jan. 15 at home vs. Seattle.

Fans get an inside look from Bay Area Baseball Media Day where Santa Clara head coach Dan O'Brien, senior shortstop Justin Viele and senior pitcher Mike Couch talked about the upcoming season. Santa Clara begins its 132nd year of baseball on Fri, Feb. 15 against Seattle University. Santa Clara will broadcast a majority of baseball home games with live streaming available on SantaClaraBroncos.com. 

Sophomore guard and EYEBRONCO reporter Denzel Johnson talks to his senior teammate Marc Trasolini about being a finalist for the Senior CLASS Award. An acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School, the Senior CLASS Award honors the attributes of NCAA Division I senior student-athletes in four areas: community, classroom, character and competition. Women's basketball guard and EYEBRONCO reporter Nici Gilday interviews her freshman teammate Brooke Gallaway about her experience as a Bronco so far. Gallaway had her best week as a Bronco totaling a combined 20 points and six rebounds last week, including a career-high 12 points at Loyola Marymount on Feb. 7.

Women's tennis head coach Ben Cabell sat down to discuss the team's upcoming trip to Arizona to take on both Arizona and Arizona State.
