Four-time Olympic rower and three-time Olympic medalist Bo Hanson is the co-founder of Athlete Assessments, which focuses on the "people side" of sports, including team dynamic profiling, recruiting and the mental side of the athletics, among many other things. Hanson stopped by Santa Clara to give a presentation for Bronco coaches and visited with EYEBRONCO during his trip to the Mission Campus. Santa Clara baseball head coach Dan O'Brien joined in to give a firsthand account of how Hanson's work has impacted the program.
