Baseball to Play Two Fall Exhibition Games in November
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara baseball fans can get their first look at the 2019 edition of the Broncos on Saturday, Nov. 3 when it plays at Sacramento State in the first of two exhibition games this fall.  The Broncos will play its second and final fall game on Sunday, November 11 at Fresno State.

Starting this fall, NCAA rules permit Division I teams to play two fall exhibition games against outside competition that do not count against each team's 56-game limit in the spring.  Prior to this year, teams were allowed to scrimmage outside competition in the fall, but they counted against the 56-game schedule.

Both fall games will be played on the road with the first pitch for the Nov. 3 game scheduled for 2 p.m. at John Smith Field.  And the Nov. 11 game is scheduled for 1 p.m. at Bob Bennett Stadium.
