Fans Can Vote To Include Nash in NBA All-Star Game

Former Santa Clara University men's basketball star Steve Nash is one of 24 guards named to the ballot for fans to select to play in the 2002 National Basketball Association All-Star Game.

Fans may vote online by clicking here or by obtaining a written ballot at a NBA arena. The online balloting program closes on January 13, 2002.

The NBA All-Star game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 10 at 2 p.m. (pacific) in Philadelphia, Pa.

Nash, a 1996 graduate of Santa Clara University, is the fourth-leading scorer in Bronco basketball history and is second on the assist charts. He was recently named one of the 50 greatest athletes in West Coast Conference history and was in attendance at the 2002 NCAA Women's College Cup in Dallas to watch the Bronco women's soccer team win the national championship.
