SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- The West Coast Conference season for men's basketball is almost here and the Santa Clara athletic department has created a special League Pass to give fans a chance to catch the Broncos' race to the championship from the best seats in the house.
The new East side of the Leavey Center officially opens for the first time at the Cable Car Classic on Dec. 28 and a few of the new chairback seats in the upper deck are still available for purchase. A special package of WCC only is available in the chairback section for $125 that includes all seven league games. A League Pass in the floor sections is also available for $70.
The construction wall has been removed and the new East side of the building is in its finishing stages. Fans can now see that the improvements and the new seating areas are some of the best in the Leavey Center. For a seating diagram of the Leavey Center, click here.
"It was difficult to visualize the new seating the Leavey Center during construction," said Richard Kilwien, associate athletic director. "Now, our fans can see the improvements to the interior seating areas and, we believe, will want an opportunity to purchase season tickets in those areas for years to come. These are some of the best seats in the house, without a doubt."
By purchasing the League Pass, the ticket buyer is guaranteed the first priority in retaining those seats for renewal next season or to upgrade based on availability.
