LOS ANGELES (AP) - Keith Kincade scored 19 points and Sherman Gay had 18 and five blocks to lead Loyola Marymount to a 75-69 win over Santa Clara Saturday night.

With the win the Lions (7-12, 1-3 West Coast Conference) snapped a five-game losing streak and a 15-game conference losing streak.

Charles Brown added 15 points and seven assists for Loyola Marymount, and Brandon Worthy scored 13.

Brandon Rohe of Santa Clara (10-6, 1-2) led all scorers with 23 points. Ethan Rohde added 16 and Jim Howell had 19 rebounds. The Broncos out-rebounded the Lions 44-30.

After trailing by eight at the half, Santa Clara cut the lead to one, 45-44, with 16:29 to go in the game, but that was as close as the Broncos got.

The Lions led by as many as 10 in the first half and never trailed as they beat Santa Clara for the first time in ten tries.
