Attention all High School students: looking for some inexpensive fun in the South Bay Area over the holidays? There are seven games over the holidays between the men's and women's basketball teams so come to a Santa Clara basketball game at the Leavey Center and see the 45th annual Cable Car Classic and the women's basketball 2011-12 WCC season home opener as well!

Santa Clara Athletics has once again launched its Bronco Basketball 2011 High School Holiday Special. All high school students can get a $5 general admission ticket to select Santa Clara men's or women's home basketball games during the holiday period from Dec. 13 - Dec. 31.

No coupon is required, but high school students must be prepared to show a valid high school identification to qualify for the discount. Game-day walk-up ticket purchases are the only way to take advantage of this special offer. Per NCAA regulations, this offer is open to all high school students regardless of student-athlete status or basketball team membership.

In addition: ATTENTION RUFF RIDERS!  Bring up to five of your friends to a game and show your Santa Clara school ID and your five friends will be admitted for free as well! Come cheer on the Broncos and bring your friends too!

Men's Games

vs. Pacifica at 7 pm on Tues., Dec. 13

vs. Pacific at 2 pm on Sat., Dec. 17

 

45th Annual Cable Car Classic!

Santa Clara vs. Eastern Michigan at 8:15 pm on Thurs., Dec. 29

(Air Force plays Wagner at 6 pm earlier that evening)

Consolation Game (loser's play each other) at 6 pm on Fri., Dec. 30

Championship Game (winner's play each other) at 8:15 pm later that evening

 

Women's Games

vs. San Jose State at 5:30 pm on Sat., Dec. 17

vs. Princeton at 7 pm on Mon., Dec. 19

WCC Opener! vs. Pepperdine at 2 pm on Sat., Dec. 31
