SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The sixth annual College Basketball Invitational presented by Buick will open on Mon., April 1 at Santa Clara before heading to George Mason.  Previous CBI champions include Pittsburgh (2012), Oregon (2011), VCU (2010), Oregon State (2009), and Tulsa (2008).

Santa Clara (24-11) advanced to the Championship Series with an 81-69 win at Wright State.  Wednesday night George Mason (21-14) earned its spot in the Championship Series with a 62-52 win at home over Western Michigan.

The best-of-three Championship Series will begin on Mon., April 1 at Santa Clara. The series will then shift east as George Mason will host Game 2 on Wed., April 3. Should a third game be needed, it will be held at George Mason on Fri., April 5.

All games of the Championship Series will air live on AXS TV with Kenny Rice and Bobby Cremins making the call.

TICKETS

Fans can call the ticket office at 408-554-4660 to order tickets.  Season Ticket Holders: As a thank you for all your dedication, this game is included in your season ticket holder package and will be free (one to one ratio).  Non-season ticket holder ticket costs: $10 GA, $5 GA Senior/Child, $20 lower reserved/upper chair.  Ruff Riders will be admitted for free and non-Ruff Rider student tickets will be $5.
