Santa Clara Athletics is proud to announce it will serve as host for a Bay Area Collegiate Athletics Mentoring Day on Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
You and your colleagues are invited to this unique event, designed to provide a day of networking and career development for current and future athletic administrators working in and around the Bay Area.
There will be panelists, attendees and guest speakers invited from all NCAA Division I institutions in the Bay Area as well as the University of the Pacific, the West Coast Conference, and the Pac-12 Conference.
Topics will include career path pros and cons, interviewing, networking, moving up and expanding into new roles, work/life balance, industry mentoring and breaking in to the field, along with other related topics geared towards current and ambitious professionals in the collegiate athletics industry.
We hope you can join us on Tuesday, April 29th at SCU's Benson Center. The program begins at 9:30 a.m. with a welcome reception and athletic director's panel at 10 a.m. A number of field-specific breakout sessions will follow, before and after lunch. The program will end at approximately 4 p.m. Please register early, as space is limited.
