SANTA CLARA, Calif. – With the 2017-18 campaign fast approaching, the season-ticket renewal process for Santa Clara men's basketball is underway.
Under first-year head coach Herb Sendek, the Broncos posted the best regular-season turnaround in the West Coast Conference during 2016-17 and went on to advance to the league tournament semifinals for the first time in six seasons.
Sendek and his staff are preparing the team for the regular season, which begins Nov. 10 and features 17 home games.
In addition to the 18-game WCC slate, Santa Clara has 12 nonconference contests with home matchups against perennial postseason participants Nevada and Valparaiso, along with local rival San Jose State. The Broncos will also make an appearance in the GCI Great Alaska Shootout and play a road contest vs. USC, which will visit Leavey Center in 2018-19.
Season-ticket holders from 2016-17 have until Monday, Sept. 18, to renew for 2017-18. Once that process is complete, new season ticket holders will be able to select and purchase seats. However, prospective season ticket holders may place a $50 deposit for priority access once the renewal window ends.
Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 19, non-renewed seats will be available for purchase to the general public.
