West Coast Conference Announces Men’s Basketball National Telecasts

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Santa Clara men's basketball will have at least a pair of games air nationally during the 2017-18 season with Thursday's West Coast Conference announcement of ESPN platform telecasts.

Both Santa Clara's home game against Saint Mary's on Jan. 11 (8 p.m. Pacific) and its road contest vs. BYU on Feb. 8 (8 p.m.) will be shown on ESPNU.

The WCC office will announce the remaining 16 conference game times in the next few weeks.

The Broncos, heading into their second season under head coach Herb Sendek, will play eight of their 12 nonconference tilts in Leavey Center.

They open the regular season on Saturday, Nov. 10 against La Verne. A home date against Cal Poly on Nov. 18, kicks off Santa Clara's appearance in the GCI Great Alaska Shootout.

The season-ticket renewal process is underway and continues through Monday, Sept. 18. Deposits ($50 per seat) are being accepted for new accounts and the seat selection procedure for those individuals is from Sept. 19-22.
