SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's basketball has added a skilled big man to the 2018-19 recruiting class as Zeke Richards signed a national letter of intent.
A 6-foot-11 product of Oak Park, California, Richards this past season helped Oak Park High School post a 21-7 record, including a perfect 8-0 mark in the Coastal Canyon League.
"We are excited to officially welcome Zeke to our Santa Clara Family," head coach Herb Sendek said. "Zeke is an athletic, skilled frontcourt player with a very promising future."
Richards, a former lacrosse player, is also a member of the West Coast Elite Under Armour AAU team.
