RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. – On the second day of the IRA National Championship Regatta, Santa Clara men's rowing sealed its fate for the final day of the season on Sunday.
The Broncos Varsity 8 boat finished in fifth in the fourth semifinal with a time of 5:58.850. That boat will race in the fourth final Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
The 2nd Varsity 8 finished at 6:11.204 in the third semifinal and will compete in the fourth final at 10:10 a.m. Sunday.
Santa Clara's 3rd Varsity 8 finished with a time of 6:15.802 in the third semifinal of Saturday to end up in the fourth final Sunday at 9:40 a.m.
