SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's rowing season begins Saturday at the San Diego Crew Classic, the two day event on Mission Bay.
The Broncos have been a consistent force over the last five years, qualifying for the IRA National Championships each year.
The last time Santa Clara was at the San Diego Crew Classic, the program picked up an historic victory. The Varsity 8 won the Cal Cup for the first time and all of their boats advanced to the Grand Final for the first time.
