  • Broncos Set Commissioner's Honor Roll Record for Second Straight Year

    The West Coast Conference announced its 13th annual Commissioner's Honor Roll Tuesday, and 141 Santa Clara Broncos were recognized with honors for their athletic success and academic excellence. Santa Clara had 18 student-athletes receive gold honors (3.75-4.00 GPA) and 33 student-athletes receive silver honors (3.50-3.74 GPA). The Broncos set a new record of student athletes named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll, breaking the previous mark of 133 in the 2012-13 school year.

    SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Senior golfer Scott Lowe became the first Bronco to earn West Coast Conference Men’s Golf All-Academic Team recognition in three consecutive seasons after being honored by the league office.

The Broncos scored a final round 298 today to finish four shots off the lead on the 7,007-yard, par-72 Gold Mountain Golf Club Olympic Course in Bremerton, Wash.

    SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Following seventh place finishes in each of their three spring tournaments, the Santa Clara men’s golf team will look to break that trend when they travel to Oregon for the two-day Duck Invitational starting Monday. The 18-team, 88-player event, hosted by the University of Oregon, will be contested on the par-72, 7,165 yard Emerald Valley Golf Club.
