
EUGENE, Ore. - Santa Clara men's golf climbed three spots on the final day of action at the Oregon Duck Invitational, finishing 11th with a 308-202-297--897.
Cameron Kaiser and Zack Kaneshiro tied for 45th at 11-over 224. Kaneshiro saved his best round of the tournament for last, carding a 1-over 72 on Tuesday to climb 25 spots in the final standings.
Jack Avrit (74-77-74--225) and Berk Harvey 78-72-76--226) finished one and two strokes behind their teammates, respectively, finishing t-54th and t-59th. Alejandro Gutierrez tied for 77th at 80-77-75--232.
No. 8 Washington ran away with the team title at 19-under 280-272-281--833, and had the top three individual finishers. Chaun-Tai Lin took home medalist honors at 9-under 67-67-70--204.
