Men’s Soccer Sends Off Its Seniors With A 1-0 Win Over San Diego
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's soccer sent off its seven seniors with a 1-0 win over San Diego to conclude its 2017 season on Saturday night at Stevens Stadium.

The Broncos (3-13-1, 3-3-1 WCC) took advantage of its fourth corner kick of the evening when junior Andres Jimenez cleanly tracked down the set piece kick from Javier Ruiz Duran's left foot and beat the Toreros (8-6-3, 2-3-2 WCC) goalkeeper Thomas Olsen for the game winner.  For Jimenez, it was his first goal of the season and the third assist for Ruiz Duran.
