SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The 2018 Santa Clara men's soccer team took to the pitch on Wednesday for its first training session since returning from its foreign tour to Denmark in early July.

The first of two training sessions on the day started with a 10:30 a.m. fitness test on the field turf at Stanton Field.
The Broncos will practice six more days, including several two-a-day sessions, until its exhibition match against Sacramento State on August 15 at Stevens Stadium.

Santa Clara men's soccer hosts San Diego State in its home opener on Friday, August 24. Fans can purchase single game tickets starting at $9 with a season plan costing $56 per person.
