The Santa Clara University men's tennis program hosted a team dinner for players, family and friends on Friday evening, after the first round of the West Coast Conference Championship.
The dinner honored the team's three outgoing seniors: Erich Chen, Gernot Fischer and Rick Ruso.
"I feel privileged to have coached them, learned from them, and shared the Santa Clara experience with them," head coach George Husack said.
"I was so excited to play this tournament, my senior year, in my hometown, I had trouble sleeping last night," Chen shared with the crowd.
