Waco, Texas - Junior Bobby Rasmussen advanced to tomorrow's consolation final in the Gold Division of the H.E.B. Baylor Intercollegiate Tournament. In today's semifinals, the 6-1 junior defeated Wichita State's Mori Eisikovits 4-6, 7-6, 7-5 to earn a spot in the finals tomorrow. His opponent for the consolation crown will be Andrew Ulrich of Texas Christian.
Rasmussen faced Eisikovits later on in the day, this time in the consolation doubles round, and was not as fortunate. He and his partner Kevin McQuaid fell to Eisikovits and Gil Branco 8-6 to end their tournament hopes.
