Men’s Tennis Heads to Seattle to Play a Pair This Weekend
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's tennis travels to the Emerald City this weekend to play Liberty and Washington in a pair of non-conference matches.

The Broncos (2-1) will look to build upon last Sunday's sweeps over UC Santa Cruz and Sonoma State, comfortably beating each by a 7-0 margin to pick up its first wins of the dual match season.

This weekend's matches will be held on the indoor courts at the Nordstrom Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Washington.  The Broncos face Liberty (1-3) in a neutral site match on Saturday at 2 p.m and face Washington (1-2) on Sunday at 1:30 p.m.

The trip will be a homecoming for senior Connor Garnett who is from the Seattle surburb of Bellevue.

It will be the second time this spring that the Santa Clara will play indoors.  In the spring season opener, the Broncos faced Stanford at the Broadway Tennis Center in Burlingame, California, when the match was moved from Stanford due to rain.
