SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's tennis begins its six-match homestand this Saturday when it hosts Cal Poly at 10 a.m. and Holy Names at 2 p.m., followed by a Sunday tilt against Nevada at 11 a.m.

The Nevada contest is a make up match from an earlier postponement.

The Broncos (6-3) enter the weekend having won its last two matches and after playing five of the last six matches on the road where it went 3-2.

"It's always nice to get back home even though we've been more successful on the road this season than we have previously.  Getting the extra couple of days of practice instead of travelling will be beneficial for this weekend," said Broncos head coach Niall Angus.

Cal Poly (3-4) plays Arizona on Thursday for its first match since Feb. 9 before the matchup with the Broncos.  The Mustangs beat West Coast Conference's San Francisco, 4-1, back on Feb. 8.

Holy Names (1-5) hosts Sonoma State the day before playing Santa Clara.  The Hawks picked up its first win of the season against UC Santa Cruz last Sunday.  Last season, the Broncos beat the Hawks, 7-0, at Degheri Tennis Center.

Nevada (4-2) has won three of its matches against WCC opponents, beating Pacific, Portland and Saint Mary's, this season.
