Gonzaga Rallies Past Men's Tennis on Saturday

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Single wins by Sam Feit, Kyle Everly and Vincent Rettke helped Gonzaga rally past Santa Clara men's tennis to claim a 4-3 victory on Saturday.

On court one, Feit defeated Andrew Gu 7-6 (2), 6-3 to pull the Bulldogs within 3-2 and then Every and Rettke each were victorious in three sets to snap a seven-match winning streak for the Broncos (11-4, 2-2 West Coast Conference).

Everly downed Vasileios Iliopoulos 4-6, 6-2, 6-3 at No. 3 singles and Rettke notched the clincher for Gonzaga (12-5, 3-1) with a 6-3, 4-6, 6-3 win over Robert Seby on court four.

Iliopoulos teamed with Arthur Neuhaus to secure the doubles point for Santa Clara with a 7-5 win over Everly and Hunter Egger.

Neuhaus and Santiago Hinojosa had the singles wins for the Broncos.
