STANFORD, Calif. (AP) - Nicole Powell had 29 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists as No. 7 Stanford remained undefeated with a 94-62 victory over Santa Clara on Sunday.

Powell recorded the third triple-double of her career, the second of her season and the fifth in Stanford history. She went 10-for-14 from the field and hit three 3-pointers while playing just 27 minutes.

Stanford (8-0), off to its best start in five years with eight double-digit victories, headed for a two-week schedule break with a dominant game against the Broncos (4-2). The Cardinal took a 53-27 lead at halftime and were never threatened.

Cori Enghusen added 11 points and 10 rebounds for Stanford.

Caroline Gruening had 16 points for Santa Clara, which shot less than 37 percent. The Broncos won their first four games by an average of more than 16 points.

Stanford's next game is Dec. 16 against Tennessee.
