VENICE, Italy - The Santa Clara University women's basketball completed its summer European tour undefeated with its 86-56 victory over Femminile Reyer Venezia on Tuesday.

Sophomore guards Quinn Thomas and Kayla Huss led the Broncos, with 14 and 12 points respectively, while senior forwards Julie Butler and Tammy Annas added 11 and 10 points respectively.

"This last game was probably the best game so far," head coach Michelle Bento said. "The opponents were physical and it was only a six-point game at half time. Overall, the girls have done a great job and have played very hard. It was great to finally see everyone in action."

Junior Jennie Rondel and sophomores Kim Butler and Megan Nelson each contributed eight points, and seniors Courtney Cushing and Jennifer Bradley scored five points apiece. Junior Whitney Sutak (3) and senior Kendra Rhea (2) rounded out SCU's scoring.

The team will spend two nights and one full day in Paris before returning to the mission campus on Friday.
