SAN BRUNO, Calif. - Commissioner Michael Gilleran announced today that the West Coast Conference, in conjunction with Fox Sports Net, will televise 15 regular-season WCC men's and women's basketball games during the 2004-2005 season. The Fox Sports TV schedule combined with the conference's ESPN and CSTV television packages completes a planned 23-game television schedule.

The WCC, now entering its 53rd year of competition, will be featured on a combination of FSN Northwest, FSN Bay Area, FSN West and FSN West2 broadcasts. In addition, Fox College Sports, formally known as Fox Sports Digital Net, will air select WCC games on its three super-regional cable networks (Atlantic, Central or Pacific), which provide the best out-of-market games from 22 regional sports networks across the country.

For the third consecutive season, all eight WCC men's and women's basketball teams will be featured in the conference's FSN package.

The Bronco men's team will be featured in a pair of games against Bay Area rival Saint Mary's College. The two teams will meet in Moraga, Calif. on January 15 at 5 p.m. in front of the FSN cameras, then again at the Leavey Center on February 11 at 7:30 p.m. The Santa Clara at San Francisco matchup on February 26 will also culminate the league's regular-season package at 7 p.m.

In addition to the WCC package, the Broncos' Nov. 28 contest against its Pacific-10 Conference neighbor Stanford will be televised by Fox Sports Bay Area and its Nov. 19 game against North Carolina will air on College Sports Television (CSTV).

The Santa Clara women will be featured on Fox Sports on Saturday, Feb. 12 in a Bay Area matchup at Saint Mary's College.
