Head Coach Michelle Bento-Jackson

On the game:
"We started the first half really well but we lost our mental composure towards the end. However, in the second half, we played great defensively and did a good job of maintaining a solid lead."

On Bradley's 10-2 run at the end of the first half:
"We could not handle their zone defense and there were some mistakes in our half court game and that combination can be scary for a team."

On what was said to the team during halftime?
"I just told them to relax. They were playing really tight and I believe they got a bit rattled in the end of the first half. So we tried to ease their minds and told them to play our kind of basketball and they did a great job regrouping in the second half."

On the problem's Monica Rogers posed for the Broncos:
"She had a lot of easy looks in the paint and we played far off of her. Our second rotations on defense were not efficient and because of that she got easy drops. We didn't have an opportunity to see her on tape but just looking at stats we knew she would be a player to watch out for."

On Chandice Cronk's performance in her homecoming:
"Chandice was very solid for us tonight. I think she was more nervous than usual because there were a lot of people she knew in the stands, but she just let the game come to her and she took the right shots and did a great job."

On Jen Gottschalk's back-to-back team-high performances:
"Jen had a great second half. She went 5-for-8 from the field and 4-for-5 at the free throw line. She did of different things for us tonight."

On Tracey Walker's Player of the Game honors:
"Tracey's performance in the first half was her best basketball of the year. She played hard and did a very good job on both ends of the court in the first half. In the second half, we saw some things that were uncharacteristic of Tracey but she played 40 minutes for us tonight and, towards the end, she regrouped and kept her composure."

Senior Tracey Walker

On being named Player of the Game:
"I did not go out there tonight hoping that I would be named Player of the Game. I just wanted to get the win and move onto the championship game. I just feel like I played a good game and I have to thank my teammates for pulling out the win."

On playing UAA in the championship game:
"We came here to beat them on their home court. When we beat Boise State on Saturday, it was like beating Nicole Gall's hometown team because she's from Boise, and we told Chandice that we were going up to Alaska to beat her hometown team and bring the championship back home to Cali with us."
