SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Santa Clara University women's basketball program is preparing for its instructional camp of 2010. The Santa Clara Girls Basketball Camp will take place from Monday, June 28 through Thursday, July 1 at the Leavey Center on the SCU campus, 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara.
The SCU Girls Basketball Camp is run by Bronco head women's basketball coach Jennifer Mountain and the Broncos basketball coaching staff.
The camp concentrates on basic fundamental skills in individual and team settings. The camp is designed to help all skill levels and provide a fun atmosphere for the campers, ages 5-15.
There are three different camper options to choose from:
1.) Overnight Camper - includes stay in Santa Clara University
residence halls, breakfast, lunch, and dinner ($500).
2.) Day Camper - includes lunch for campers ($350).
3.) Half Day Camper - Monday, June 28 goes from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, June 29 through Thursday, July 1 goes from 9 a.m. -12 p.m.
($150).
