SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Ending a four-game homestand, Santa Clara women's basketball hosts Pacific Saturday at 2 p.m.
Santa Clara is 27-20 all-time vs. Pacific and 12-8 in Leavey. The first meeting came in 1974-75. Last season the Broncos won both meetings and snapped a five-game losing streak to the Tigers.
On Thursday, the Broncos used a big third quarter to take down San Francisco 74-61.

THE BRONCOS
Santa Clara (11-13, 6-7 WCC) has won two of its last three games with the lone loss coming by one point. Of the previous two losses, one came in overtime and one came by two points.
The Broncos are scoring 62.1 points per game while shooting 38.5 percent from the field and 30.3 percent from beyond the arc. They have a plus-2.4 rebound differential and are forcing 16.9 turnovers per game.
Lori Parkinson leads the team in scoring with 12.8 ppg and 1.8 steals per game. She is tied for the team lead and fourth in the conference with 8.0 rebounds per game. Emily Wolph is second on the team in scoring with 12.8 ppg and leads the Broncos with 3.8 apg. She is tops in the WCC with 56 3-pointers made and fourth with an 86.0 percent mark from the free throw line.
Morgan McGwire is third in scoring with 10.9 ppg and tied with Parkinson for fourth in the conference and tops on the team in rebounding with 8.0 pg. She is third in the WCC with 1.3 blocks per game Marie Bertholdt scores 10.0 ppg while grabbing 5.4 rpg.
THE TIGERS
Pacific (9-15, 5-8 WCC) has lost six of seven and eight of 10 after starting the conference season with three-straight wins.
The Tigers are scoring 71.8 ppg on 41.1 percent shooting from the floor and 34.6 percent from beyond the arc. They have a minus-2.6 rebound differential and are forcing 18.5 tpg.
GeAnna Lualu-Summers leads the team with 14.3 ppg, 4.4 spg, 1.7 spg, and 44 3-pointers made. Emily Simons leads the way with 5.8 rpg and 0.7 bpg while scoring 7.4 ppg. Desire Finnie is second on Pacific with 10.7 ppg while grabbing 3.0 apg. Chelsea Lidy scores 9.0 ppg.

Parking: For weekday games, the Leavey Center lot, located on Accolti Way off El Camino Real, is free beginning one hour prior to tipoff. Any other parking facility on campus will be subject to normal daily rates or restrictions, including the main structure, located on Palm Drive.
