SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Santa Clara women's rowing had a pair named to the Preseason All-WCC team as voted on by the league's head coaches. Junior Valerie Bright and sophomore Hope McGowan were the two Broncos to receive recognition. It is the first honor for both.
Santa Clara opened its season March 12 in Sacramento against UC Davis, Humboldt State, and Orange Coast College. The Broncos came away with a win from their 3rd Varsity 8.
They are back on the water April 1-2 at the San Diego Crew Classic.
