SANTA CLARA, Calif. – After a month off from competition, Santa Clara women's rowing had its race at the Covered Bridge Regatta canceled but the Broncos were able to schedule a last-minute set of races at Humboldt State for Saturday.
The Broncos had a strong start to their season, topping Mills College in three races March 4 on Lexington Reservoir.
The regatta will serve as Santa Clara's second-to-last tune-up before heading into the WIRA Championships (April 28-29) and WCC Championships (May 12). The Broncos will race Saint Mary's and Seattle on April 14.
