BERKELEY, Calif. - The Santa Clara University women's soccer team won the 7v7 tournament, hosted by California on Sunday in Berkeley.
In group play, the Broncos defeated six squads, including Stanford, Saint Mary's and Nevada. After winning the group, SCU topped host Cal in the semifinal and the University of the Pacific in the final.
Santa Clara will continue the spring season on May 22 against Stanford.
