Bucky the Bronco will also make an appearance and has plans to challenge Earthquakes mascot "Q" in a game of 1-v-1. SCU Posters, schedule cards and ticket information will also be available at the match. For information on special ticket prices for Santa Clara Night, contact Karlton Gholston at the San Jose Earthquakes on the telephone at 408/288-2648. The two-time MLS Cup champion Earthquakes are currently in fourth place in the MLS Western Division, but are just five points behind division-leading Kansas City and have played one fewer game to date. Colorado is in third place in the division, just two points ahead of the Quakes. A total of five former Broncos are members of the two teams, led the former MLS Goalkeeper of the Year Joe Cannon. A former Earthquake star, Cannon is one of the top 'keepers in the MLS for Colorado. Jeff Stewart, a former Bronco All-America defender, is a member of the Rapids, but has been out for the entire season due to a knee injury. Former Broncos Ryan Cochrane, Jamil Walker and Steve Cronin are members of the Quakes. Cochrane and Cronin came out of college early to enter the MLS draft and both were selected in the first round by the Quakes. Walker was one of the team's brightest offensive players as a rookie in 2003.
