SANTA CLARA, Calif. - It was announced today that the spring women's soccer contest between Santa Clara and Stanford has been cancelled. The game, originally scheduled for 7 p.m. at Buck Shaw Stadium, will not be made up.
With the end of spring practices this Friday, the Broncos will break for the summer and report back to the Mission Campus in early August to begin the 2006 season and quest for their 11th College Cup.
