Recap |  Box Score

Head coach Jerry Smith, on the game: "Tonight's game was a gritty hard fought performance," said Smith. "As a coach you want to go through the season and see different scenarios; tonight we were able to come back from behind and win in overtime. We accomplished a lot as a team against a talented West Virginia team."

Smith, on Perry's game winning goal: "She played over 100 minutes on Notre Dame's very wide field. She fought through her body telling her to rest and made the run to make the game-winning goal. Tonight she also scored her first collegiate goal in the second half, too."

Smith, on Bosio seeing limited action: "Kiki made an impact in her limited time in the game. She was only able to play select minutes as she is battling strep throat."

Smith, on playing No. 5 Notre Dame Sunday: "Notre Dame is a perennial powerhouse, who has depth. Going into Sunday we know that we will be facing a very talented home team in front of their home crowd. We know it will be an uphill battle, but it is an opportunity to challenge ourselves."
