EUGENE, Ore. - In another close game, Santa Clara (3-0-2) battled Oregon (4-0-1) to a 0-0 draw. The tie was Santa Clara's second tie on the weekend, with the first coming against Oregon State on Fri. by a score of 2-2.

Despite the scoreless final, both teams had chances to score throughout the game. The Broncos were on the attack in the first half, posting 11 shots to Oregon's three. Santa Clara kept the Ducks from putting a shot on goal until the second half.

All-American Bianca Henninger posted three saves to help keep the game scoreless. Her first save came on a shot from Ryann Davie in the 49th minute. The Ducks added shots on goal in the 60th and 84th minutes but Henninger denied both chances.
