SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The Coaching for Life Academy is hosting the first of two seminars before Santa Clara athletics events this fall on Oct. 28 at 5 p.m. All atendees will get a ticket to the women's soccer game vs. Gonzaga at Stevens Stadium. The non-sport specific seminar is for coaches and parents of all levels. Click here to register.
The seminar is $45 per person and the cost includes a ticket to the women's soccer game that night at 7 p.m.
At 5 p.m. there will be a chalk talk with women's soccer head coach Jerry Smith who is in his 30th season at Santa Clara. At 5:15 there will be an interactive growth mindset session led by the CFLA director Danielle Slaton.
At 6:30 there will be structured networking and discussions before heading over to watch the Broncos take on the Zags.
A second seminar on grit will be on Nov. 19 at 11 a.m. before the volleyball game vs. BYU.
